Sporo Social Publisher Privacy Policy

Sporo Health Inc. (“Sporo Health”) operates Sporo Social Publisher, an internal software tool used only by authorized Sporo Health personnel to publish original company content to the official Sporo Health YouTube channel.

YouTube API Services

Sporo Social Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using Sporo Social Publisher, authorized users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of information received from YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Sporo Social Publisher Privacy Policy.

Information we access and store

The tool may access or store:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens granted by the authorized user.
• The authorized YouTube channel’s ID, name and public URL.
• Videos and user-approved metadata submitted for upload, including titles, descriptions, tags and privacy settings.
• YouTube video IDs, URLs and publication status returned after an upload.
• Internal upload receipts used to verify successful publication and prevent duplicate uploads.

Sporo Social Publisher does not request or store Google or YouTube passwords.

How we use information

Information is used only to:

• Confirm that content is being uploaded to the correct Sporo Health channel.
• Upload authorized Sporo Health videos and metadata.
• Refresh OAuth authorization when necessary.
• Verify publication status and prevent duplicate uploads.
• Diagnose publishing failures.

We do not sell YouTube API Data, use it for advertising, profile users or provide it to unauthorized third parties.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored in access-restricted files available only to authorized Sporo Health personnel. Stored YouTube API Data is refreshed or deleted within the periods required by YouTube’s policies. We do not download or store copies of third-party YouTube audiovisual content.

Revoking access and deleting data

Authorized users may revoke Sporo Social Publisher’s access through Google’s Security Settings or request revocation and deletion by emailing contact@sporo.health.

Following a direct deletion request, Sporo Health will delete associated stored YouTube API Data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.

Deleting information stored by Sporo Social Publisher does not delete videos or information stored by YouTube. Content stored by YouTube must be deleted through YouTube or YouTube Studio.

User control

Authorized users retain control over the video, title, description, destination and privacy setting used for every YouTube upload. Users may choose not to authorize YouTube or may revoke authorization at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy when our use of YouTube API Services changes. The latest version and revision date will remain available on this page.
